About Us
We are Ken and Anne McOsker, formerly of Bolivar Peninsula in Galveston County.
We are the proud parents of two kids, both of whom are Air Force veterans. Anne is a retired Registered Nurse. Ken recently retired from business, and is also a veteran.
Anne and Ken spent 40+ years, working at difficult jobs while eating sack lunches, taking very few vacations, while saving for our eventual Dream Home at the beach.
Anne has NEVER been on a cruise. The last two cruises Ken took were to Beirut in 1983 and Libya in 1986.
We had the chance of a lifetime to build our retirement home on the beach, in Gilchrist, near Crystal Beach Texas.
Because we chose the wrong home builder, the home construction fiasco changed our Dream into a long and traumatic nightmare. So after we made all the repairs to our home, our dream was just too tiring to continue.
We sold the home, ended the dream, and started a new life.
Would we do it again? Hell no!!! And that may be the saddest part of our whole story.
